With all new 1-2-1 and ideally group based clients we like to perform a health assessment. Depending on the client’s needs and goals the assessment will be tailored to be specific and appropriate to the individual.
This will enable us to highlight weaknesses as well as strengths and help us program future sessions in a structured scientific manner.
After completing a health & fitness assessment you will be emailed a report with your results. This is a vital tool in motivating you and showing you how your body is adapting to exercise.
With 1-2-1 training you will be given a tailored nutrition plan and a variety of recipes to try. Nutrition is a vital part of your training regime as it promotes recovery and increases energy levels for a healthier body.
